Toy Training

Purpose: To continuously improve Toy’s performance and add new features

Given the rate at which play sessions can be realistically arranged a new regime of training for Toy has been devised requiring it to perform tasks and exercises independently to improve itself and build stamina for more intense use.

Format: Personal Training Plan, Training Sessions and Progress Assessments

Toy will have tasks to perform during any free time that it has away from employment, planned social time and other important life commitments. The activities are designed to improve general fitness and occupy the same amount of time as an exercise regime plus time usually wasted on TV programs or internet browsing. Toy is expected to carry these tasks out independently but will be monitored remotely.

Focused training sessions with a User will be arranged on an ad-hoc basis plus intermittent assessments to confirm that Toy is performing as expected if genuinely adhering to the plan.

Training Targets

Activity levels

The monitoring of the following will be via a tracker to be worn at all times. This will send the data automatically for logging and verification. Reasons for any deviation must be submitted for consideration on the same day eg requirement to undertake a long drive, illness/injury etc.

All activity targets are subject to change at any time.

  • Awake and out of bed by 0800 every day
  • Active movement in every hour between 0900 and 1800 (taking 250 steps minimum)
  • 5 sessions of moderate exercise weekly (minimum 30 mins duration)
  • Daily step count of 8000+

Mental conditioning

  • 3 hours per week Hypnosis Conditioning using recorded tracks
  • Daily meditation practice
  • Erotica writing assignments to be submitted weekly on given topic

Weight reduction

Based on target BMI of 20 to improve general wellbeing and fitness

  • Target: 65kg
  • Current: 76kg

Waist reduction

Based on proven health advice aimed at reducing ill health and disease:

  • Target natural waist: 30 inches
  • Current: 33 inches

Based on the above being firmly corsetted:

  • Target corsetted waist: 24 inches
  • Current: 26 inches

Breast size increase

There is limited evidence of effective non-surgical methods for breast enlargement.  Regular cosmetic breast pumping is under consideration.

Current chest size: 36 DD

Penetration training

Based on scientific data regarding the range of penile dimensions, as a starting point Toy should be able to accommodate a shaft of up to 6.5 inches length and also up to 5.25 inches girth. Whilst the maximum measurements did not coincide in the study both will be used together in training.  Increases beyond these parameters may be required for users preferring to use larger artificial items.

Calorie control

This is not currently being implemented. Any lack of progress with weight and waist reduction will result in increases in exercise duration to compensate. If ineffective the next step will be prohibition of all sugar-rich foods until progress is re-established. Goodbye chocolate.
